One bounded workflow
One UTF-8 CSV layout, up to 10,000 records and 10 MB, using one currency. The agreed fields are record ID, date, category and amount. Duplicate IDs, invalid dates, missing fields and invalid amounts receive explicit validation notes.
Current execution testing is on this Mac with Python. Your actual layout and environment must be reviewed before the job is accepted. HTML reports can be read offline; a verified PDF exporter is not included.
Scope and timing
The pilot includes one adjustment to the agreed field mapping or report labels, plus correction of ordinary defects reported within 7 days of delivery. A delivery date is confirmed after input and environment review; the target is 3 business days from accepted inputs and payment or funding.
Scanned PDFs, arbitrary Excel workbooks, inventory accounting, tax or financial advice, live-system access, hosting and ongoing operations are outside this scope. Other schemas and features need a separate agreement.

Start with the file layout, approximate row count and intended output. Do not put private customer data, financial account details, passwords or confidential files into this form. A redacted sample and input rights will be reviewed before scope or payment is agreed.
